If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return and full refund. No questions asked.
How to Return
Contact us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day.
Receive return instructions
We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions for packaging your return.
Send the product back
Pack the product securely and drop it off at any Posten or PostNord location. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
Time limit
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Product condition
Products can be returned whether used or unused. We ask that you return the original packaging where possible, but this is not required.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us with a photo of the issue.
Allergic reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please stop using it immediately and contact us. We will arrange a return and refund, and may ask for details to improve our formulas.
