1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Nordvell website (nordvell.com) and any purchases you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Nordvell AS or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nordvell's liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
